BinaryLane does not have a phone number for sales or support.


Support enquiries are are limited to features (e.g. how do I buy an additional IP; how do I change plan; etc), billing and other account related issues, and processed via the ticketing system.


BinaryLane is provided is as-is without support for the operating system and software you choose to run on the server, and so is only suitable for IT professionals and enthusiasts.  It is by excluding phone, and software support that we are able to offer such low prices.


As there is no sales or phone support, we are unable to offer a 'call back' service to customers.
