BinaryLane is an unmanaged VPS service - we support the infrastructure layer and make sure everything is working up to your VPS.
We support the network, hardware, virtualisation, our core operating system installs, our control panel, and all related services to getting and keeping your VPS online.
Our support desk is staffed from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM AEST, Monday to Friday, excluding Queensland public holidays. Tickets can be submitted at any time, but tickets submitted outside these hours remain in the queue and will be reviewed during the next staffed support period.
We do not provide support for issues "within" your VPS, including issues with applications or services.
