The registrant contact is the contact held at the registry for a domain registered with BinaryLane. You change it from that domain's page in mPanel. If Domain Privacy is enabled, the registrant details cannot be edited until you turn it off.

- Open the domain's page in mPanel:
https://www.binarylane.com.au/mpanel/manage-domain-name/example.com.au, replacingexample.com.auwith your domain. - If Domain Privacy is enabled, disable it. While it is on, the registrant fields cannot be edited and changes will not save.
- Make the registrant change and save it.
- Re-enable Domain Privacy.
Registrant contact or account contact?
The domain registrant contact is separate from your BinaryLane account contact details, and changing one does not change the other. To change your account's contact details instead, log in to mPanel, click Account in the left-hand pane, then select Change Contact Information in the Contact Information card and update your details in the popup.
Changing the registrant contact does not change who holds the domain. Moving a .au domain to a new registrant, for example after selling a business, is a Change of Registrant (CoR), which BinaryLane starts for you once you send the required documents.
